SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Information

 

You asked, we listened. We have improved our delivery options to ensure that ordering with Seventy One Global is as convenient as possible for our customers.

2. Receipt of Orders

 

2.1.  Customers are responsible for checking and confirming the delivery address for every order placed, to ensure the safe receipt of all products purchased via AOEL.co.kr .

2.2. Seventy One Global Co., Ltd. will not be held liable for any failed deliveries or delays in receiving your order via our third-party courier and it is the customer’s responsibility to make arrangements with the courier for redelivery or collection from depot (if available).

3. Delivery Service

 

3.1.  We offer the following shipping options, you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.

3.1.1.  UPS (http://www.ups.com)

3.1.2.  EMS (https://ems.epost.go.kr/)

 

3.2.  All orders placed before 2:30 pm Monday to Thursday will be sent with our standard Next Day delivery service with UPS or EMS, excluding on Weekdays and public Holidays.

 

3.3.  Orders placed between 2:30 pm Thursday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday Delivery service. This is to ensure that we can manage processing orders efficiently and account for any refrigerated items that require temperature control until received by the consignee. Note that during peak seasons or public holiday in South Korea, shipments may experience slight delays.

4. Delivery Times

 

4.1.  As for the option of UPS estimated delivery times, please allow 3-7 working days for your products to arrive as standard. The expected delivery days do not include holidays or the period retained at customs.

4.2.  Over 98% of parcels dispatched using UPS will arrive on time, but inevitably there are times when the third-party couriers fail to deliver. Under such circumstances, Seventy One Global cannot be held responsible for consequential loss or damages for delays in delivery.

4.3.  As for EMS delivery service, we cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within the timeframes. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

5. Items Requiring Refrigeration (Cold Chain)

 

5.1.  Collagen series products such as TheraFill and Lucizen, must be delivered with ice packs to maintain the integrity of the cold chain.

 

5.2.  For any failed delivery of orders containing cold chain items, a redelivery or collection from the third-party local depot must be arranged within 72 hours from dispatch, whilst the items are still within the refrigeration temperature range so as not to break the cold chain.

5.3.  Seventy One Global will not be held liable for any cold chain orders that have been collected outside of this timescale and will not issue any refund or replacement of stock that is received outside of this window. Customers must consider this when placing an order in advance of a weekend or a Bank Holiday.

6. Tracking

6.1.  When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.

6.2.  To track your parcel download the UPS Mobile app. To ensure accurate delivery, we recommend downloading the UPS Mobile app to find your precise location co-ordinates, so you never miss a parcel from Seventy One Global.

6.2.  As for EMS delivery service, parcel can be tracked from the website at https://trace.epost.go.kr/xtts/tt/epost/ems/ems_eng.jsp .

7. Customs Clearance

 

7.1.  Typically, our products are categorized as cosmetic. Necessary documents will be provided to shipper for custom clearance as well. Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards and requirements. Customs clearance is the responsibility of the consignee. Seventy One Global is unable to clear parcel in behalf of the consignee.

7.2.  Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. These additional charges required for customs clearance are the responsibility of the consignee. These fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you. Seventy One Global cannot be held responsible for customers' country import duties and taxes on good.

7.3.  Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process. We recommend that you check with your local customs office, we are happy to provide supporting documents for custom clearance purpose.

8. Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders

 

8.1.  Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.

 

9. Returns Information

 

9.1.  If you receive a faulty, incorrect or unfit for purpose product, please do not dispose of the product. If the product is disposed of, Seventy One Global will not be able to refund or replace the product. Please contact our Customer Service team immediately and they can advise on next steps.

9.2.  We are unable to accept returns unless they are deemed:

9.3.  Once the products have left our supply chain, we are unable to assure that the products are of acceptable quality and have been stored as per manufacturer’s advice. In the interest of patient safety, returned products would not be able to be resold.
